By opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from Hoot Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC (“Hoot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Hoot Heating & Air related to:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates
- Service notifications and technician arrival alerts
- Maintenance reminders
- Promotional offers and specials (if you opt in to marketing messages)
- Customer service communications

By providing your mobile number through our website, phone calls, or in-person interactions and agreeing to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Hoot Heating & Air at the mobile number provided.

Message and data rates may apply. Hoot Heating & Air does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional messages related to scheduled appointments or active service requests.

7. Supported Carriers

Your privacy is important to us. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or any information collected through our SMS program with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Information collected through our SMS program is subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
